NOTE: For better understanding, the following illustrations are taken with engine out of vehicleTo perform the following instructions, it is not necessary to remove engineThis CVT is lubrication freeNever lubricate any componentsDuring assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure

CAUTION: These pulleys have metric threadsDo not use imperial threads pullerAlways tighten puller by hand to ensure that the drive pulley has the same type of threads (metric vsimperial) prior to fully tightening
