Filling Procedure
With the vehicle on level surface, fill the gearbox with the Bombardier chaincase oil (PN 413 801 900) or Bombardier synthetic chaincase oil (PN 413 803 300) until the oil reaches the lower threads of housingRefer to TECHNICAL DATA to know which quantity is used in the gearbox
Shift Shaft Using small tool, like an awl or pick, remove shift shaft oil seal no7CAUTION: Pay attention not to damage shift shaft during removal of oil seal

Removal
Main Shaft Remove: driven pulley on PTO side (refer to CVT, see DRIVEN PULLEY) engine sprocket on MAG side (see GEARBOX COVER below) NOTE: It is possible to remove and install the seals on main shaft with the engine on the vehicleUsing small tool, like an awl or pick, remove oil seal no6 on gearbox cover and no5 on PTO side of crankcaseCAUTION: Pay attention not to damage main shaft during removal of oil sealsV06C2MA
