Section 02 ENGINE Subsection 04 (COOLING SYSTEM)
Lift the front of vehicle high enough to have front wheels off the groundWith engine cold, refill radiatorWhen the coolant comes out by the thermostat housing hole, screw on the bleeding screw and remove the hose pincherNOTE: If the bleeding screw has been removed completely, do not forget gasket ringGently install screw in the same threadsIf the bleeding screw is not removed completely, unscrew the bleeding screw half turn before screw onTorque bleeding screw to Nm (35 lbfin)Complete the radiator fillingCheck the level in the coolant reservoir no10 and refill if necessaryRun engine at idle with the radiator cap offSlowly add coolant if necessaryAt this point, wait until engine reaches normal operating temperatureDepress the throttle lever two or three times; then add coolant if requiredInstall the radiator capInspect all connections for leaks and recheck coolant in the reservoirOnce year, check coolant concentration (freezing point) with proper tester
