The engine removal is not necessary when working on water pump, thermostat or temperature switch

In order to avoid getting burned, do not remove or loosen the radiator cap or the engine drain plug when the engine is hotDuring assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
