Fill cooling systemRefer to COOLING SYSTEMFill engine with appropriate amount of oil and recommended viscosityReconnect battery
Installation
The installation is the reverse of removal procedureCAUTION: Always install engine sprocket as per following illustrationWARNING
Connect RED (+) cable then BLACK (-) cableAlways connect RED (+) cable in firstBefore starting the engine, remove spark plug and ground it on engine or frameRun starter about thirty secondsThis operation will activate the oil pumpReinstall spark plugPlace transmission lever no10 on NEUTRAL positionStart vehicleSet carburetorStop engine and reverify if coolant and oil levels are correctAdjust drive chain (refer to REAR AXLE)Test drive to confirm all is working well
