Load Test
This is the best test of battery condition under starting loadUse load testing device that has an adjustable loadApply load of times the ampere-hour rating of the batteryAt 14 seconds into the test, check battery voltage; if battery is in good condition, it will have at least 10.5 Vdc
WARNING
Battery electrolyte is caustic substance that burns or destroys organic tissues by chemical actionAvoid contact with eyes, skin and clothingWear protective eyeglasses and suitable pair of non-absorbent gloves when removing the battery by handShould any electrolyte spillage occur, immediately wash off with solution of baking soda and waterCAUTION: Should any electrolyte spillage occur, immediately wash off with solution of baking soda and water
REMOVAL
Remove RH side cover and RH footwell (refer BODY)Disconnect BLACK (-) cable first then RED (+) cable
