Push forward throttle cable out of the valve piston no5
Place the cable in vertical position during approximately 15 minutes or until no lubricant flow out of cableReinstall and adjust cable, see below
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedure

Ensure the key is turned OFF, prior to perform the throttle cable adjustmentSlide rubber protector back to expose throttle cable adjusterLoosen lock nut then turn the adjuster to obtain correct throttle lever free playNOTE: Measure throttle free play at the tip of throttle leverTighten lock nut and reinstall protector
