Assembly of Drive Pulley
For assembly, reverse the disassembly procedurePay attention to following detailsInsert slider shoes into ramp plate to properly slide in guides of drive pulley sliding half
Installation of Drive Pulley
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following details
WARNING
Do not apply anti-seize or any lubricant on drive pulley
WARNING
Never use any type of impact wrench at drive pulley removal and installationClean mounting surfaces as described in CLEANING aboveInstall drive pulley on crankshaft extensionNOTE: Do not forget shim no7
