GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
Remove oil level screw no3 including O-ring no42 1
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedAlways drain the gearbox before working on itPrior to change the oil, ensure vehicle is on level surfaceOil change should be done with warm engine
