Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailInstall the both grommets no37 under radiatorFill up the radiatorRefer, at the beginning of this section, to the COOLANT REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
COOLANT TANK
Overflow Coolant Tank
The coolant expands as the temperature (up to 100110C (212230F)) and pressure rise in the systemIf the limiting system working radiator cap is reached 110 kPa (16 PSI), the pressure relief valve in the radiator cap is lifted from its seat and allows coolant to flow through the overflow hose into the overflow coolant tank
