Install the thermostat cover then torque screws to Nm (44 lbfin)NOTE: Do not forget to place shims no71 2
To check temperature switch, put in water and heat waterTemperature switch should operate when water temperature reaches 115C (239F)Replace temperature switch if necessary
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedure, pay attention to the following detailDo not apply Loctite 243 in the front area of the switch

12 shims 22 screws
Check coolant level in radiator and coolant tank and top up if necessary
