From bottom side, do the following: Install inner bushings into swing armApply Loctite anti-seize lubricant on bushing tapersPosition the swing arm at its place then install the swing arm boltBefore installing the swing arm, place an O-ring on each inner side of swing arm
Install O-rings between swing arm bushing and washersOne on each side2
