Latch Lever Traxter XT Models and Traxter MAX Series Remove push nut no64 and rivet no65Separate latch lever no2 from spring no66Traxter XL Model Detach spring no67 from lever no3Unscrew pivot nut no68Latch Base Remove bolts no69 and separate latch base no70 from springSpring Remove latch baseSeparate spring from latch base and latch leverV03L0CA
1Lock pin 2Adjustment nut (apply Loctite 271) A38 mm (1-12 364 in)
Torque the latch stud nut
