Rear Master Cylinder For the rear master cylinder use the same procedure as the front master cylinder, however pay attention to the following: If push rod yoke no33 is reinstalled, adjust push rod length, see the following illustration

Connect brake hose to master cylinder with Banjo bolt and new sealing washersBleed front brake systemCheck for leaks and make sure the brakes operate normally before drivingRear Brake Install master cylinder to frameInstall rear brake hose to master cylinder using new sealing washersConnect flexible hose from reservoir and secure with new locking tieFill up reservoir with clean brake fluidCAUTION: Do not mix different types of brake fluidUse only DOT brake fluidBleed rear brake systemCheck for leaks and make sure the brakes operate normally before drivingQuest Series and TraxterXLXT Connect brake light switch
