GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedV01J0TA
REAR SHOCK
Removal
Lift rear of vehicle until rear shock absorbers no1 are fully extendedInstall jack stands or blocks under the frame to support the vehicleRemove upper no4 and lower no5 bolts and nuts no6 retaining shock absorbers each sideDisassembly
