Grease U-joint, using grease gun with SHELL, Alvania EP-2 grease only
KNUCKLE
NOTE: It is possible to remove the knuckle with the wheel hub assemblyTo do so, remove the castellated nut retaining drive shaft and continue the following procedure without removing hub

Removal
Raise front of vehicle, support it securely on jack stands and remove front wheel(s)Remove wheel cap, cotter pin, castellated nut, flat washer and O-ringNOTE: Check O-ring for damage, replace if necessaryUse hub puller (PN 529 035 612) to extract the wheel hub
Removal
Remove hubRemove cotter pin and castellated nut from upper and lower A-armsDetach upper and lower A-arms from knuckleRemove cotter pin and castellated nut from tie-rod and separate tie-rod from knuckleSeparate knuckle from drive shaft
