Ignition switch
Quest Series quick test to validate it is workingTurn the ignition switch ONIf the headlight turn on, the ignition switch is goodTest Remove console and disconnect ignition switchMeasure voltage between REDGREEN supply wire and the battery groundIf voltage is lower than battery voltage, test the wiringIf voltage is good, test switchUse multimeter and measure the resistance between the following wiresPOSITION OFF OFF ON (wlights) ON (wlights) ON (wo lights) ON (wo lights) WIRE GREEN and YELLOW GREEN and VIOLET GREEN and YELLOW GREEN and VIOLET GREEN and YELLOW GREEN and VIOLET RESISTANCE Infinite (0.L) Infinite (0.L) 0.1 max0.1 maxInfinite (0.L) 0.1 max
Use multimeter and measure the resistance between the following wiresPOSITION OFF WIRE REDGREEN and REDYELLOW REDGREEN and REDVIOLET REDGREEN and REDVIOLET REDGREEN and REDYELLOW RESISTANCE Infinite (0.L)
