Removal
Remove seatRemove radiator access plug
Traxter XL Model Remove: seat air filter box cover no1 air baffle no2, air filter no3 and foam no4Detach: breather hose no6 rear air intake tube no7 intake adaptor no8 from carburetorUnfasten bolts no5 and remove drain tubes no9 under air filter box no10Pull out the air filter box
Installation
All Models For installation, reverse the removal procedureV04F02A
Unsnap the rigid intake tube no19 from the rear fender
