CLUTCH DRUM, CLUTCH WEIGHT AND SPRAG CLUTCH
Disassembly
Remove: engine oil and coolant rewind starter drive shaft (refer to FRONT DRIVE) clutch coverInstall the crankshaft locking bolt (PN 529 035 645)
Sparg Clutch Hold clutch drum and rotate clutch weightThe clutch weight should only turn counterclockwiseIf it rotates in both directions, replace the sprag clutchInspect sparg clutch no5 for smooth operation and roller for excessive wearChange sparg clutch if necessaryWeight Lining Remove E-clips, washer, clutch spring and washerRemove clutch weightsMeasure weight lining thicknessThe weight lining thickness must be at least 2.0 mm (564 in)1
