Remove valve coverDisconnect temperature sensorUnplug radiator inlet hoseRemove screws retaining air boxUnscrew the clamp retaining carburetor adaptor to enginePull back the air box with carburetor assemblyRemove: exhaust pipe (refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION) valve cover no2 and its gasket no3 flanged bolts no4 retaining cylinder head no5 to cylinder no6 flanged nuts no7 retaining cylinder head to the engineInstallation
For installation, reverse the removal procedureInstall new gasket no8 between cylinder head and cylinder no6Install the flanged nuts no7 in first then flanged bolts no4

Removal
Remove cylinder head no5Pull the push rods no9 out of cylinder no6
Inspection
