GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
When the hydraulic shifter is used, the engine oil pressure must increase up to about 810 kPa (118 PSI) at 3500 RPMNOTE: Since gear change happen very quickly, making the to LEDS flashing by upshifting and downshifting many times rapidly will make the pressure go high for long enough so it can be readIf the engine oil pressure is out of specifications, refer to TROUBLESHOOTING sectionNOTE: Use also annexes and at the end of manual to diagnose
