THERMOSTAT
The thermostat is single action type and it is located on the top of engine, to the right of cylinder head
COOLANT TANK
The coolant expands as the temperature (up to 100110C (212230F)) and pressure rise in the systemIf the limiting system working radiator cap is reached 110 kPa (16 PSI), the pressure relief valve in the radiator cap is lifted from its seat and allows coolant to flow through the overflow hose into the overflow coolant tank
Removal
When the engine is cooled, remove the bleeding screw on the top of thermostat housingRemove thermostat housing screws and pull thermostat cover with hose
Removal
Remove overflow hose no5Pull coolant tank no1 upwardEmpty coolant tank
Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal procedure
