Unscrew bleeding screw on top of thermostat housing
Removal

1Bleeding screw

Refill the radiator no3When the coolant comes out by the thermostat housing hole, reinstall the bleeding screw and remove the hose pincherInstall the radiator capNOTE: Do not forget gasket ring when bleeding screw is installedTorque bleeding screw to 4.5 Nm (40 lbfin)Refill coolant tank no1 up to cold level markInstall the coolant tank capRun engine until thermostat opens then stop engineWhen engine has completely cooled down, recheck coolant level in radiator no3 and coolant tank no1 and top up if necessaryEvery 100 hours or once year, check coolant concentration (freezing point) with proper tester
