GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
COOLING SYSTEM LEAK TEST
To perform the leak test on the cooling system, remove the protective cap on the rear fender or tilt the cargo box to allow an access to the radiator cap no4Install the special radiator plug (PN 529 021 400) instead of the radiator cap then pinch the overflow hose no5 with small hose pincher (PN 295 000 076)
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed

To avoid potential burns, do not remove the radiator cap or loosen the cooling drain plug if the engine is hot
