ENGINE TURNS OVER BUT FAILS TO STARTNORMAL USE1Check if ignition coil fits on spark plug (refer to ENGINE DOES NOT STARTNO SPARK AT SPARK PLUGS)2Check spark plugsaDefine spark plugs (no spark) or wrong spark plug gapReadjust gap and clean spark plugs or replace3Check for fuel on spark plugsaFlooded engine (spark plugs wet when removed)Do not overchokeRemove spark plugs and crank engine several timesInstall clean dry spark plugsStart engine following usual starting procedure4Check engine compressionaInsufficient engine compressionPerform leak down test and replace defective part(s) (expiston, ring(s), etc5In cold weathers, check engine decompressoraCentrifugal weight spring is not engaged andor damagedReadjust spring or replace centrifugal weight if damaged
