Inspection of Drive Pulley
Drive Pulley Drive pulley should be inspected annuallyGovernor Cup Check governor cup for cracks or other visible damagesReplace if necessaryRoller Check each roller no20 for roundness of external diameterNOTE: Replace governor cup if the roller does not move freelyMeasure the roller diameterIf roller is out of specification, replace governor cupROLLER DIAMETER MINIMUM (new) MAXIMUM (new) SERVICE LIMIT 13.70 mm (.539 in) 13.90 mm (.547 in) 13.20 mm (.519 in)
Replace centrifugal lever no15 with screws no14 and lock nuts no13 if the contact surfaces show heavy visible wear

WARNING
Whenever replacing centrifugal levers, always replace all lever at the same timeOtherwise, drive pulley misbalancing will occur because of levers differenceSlider Shoe Check slider shoes no12 for visible wear and replace if damagedNOTE: If necessary, use screwdriver to remove slider shoes
