Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsNOTE: Run all gears before installing the crankcase MAGInstall: intermediate gear shaft no22, thrust washer no21, needle bearing no20, intermediate gear no19, thrust washer no18 and distance sleeve no17 shim no30, needle bearing no28, reverse gear no29, thrust washer no27 and gear selection no26 main shaft with high range gear assembly O-ring no32 including distance sleeve no33 on main shaft end PTO side CAUTION: Place O-ring no32 including distance sleeve no33 right awayChamfered bore of distance sleeve has to face the engine

Check all bearings, bearing points, tooth flanks, taper grooves and annular groovesAnnular grooves must have sharp edgesReplace gears only together with the corresponding meshing gearsNOTE: Always replace circlips and use special pliers to install themCheck all shims for wearAlways replace shim by new one with the same thickness, when reassembling the gearbox with existing output shaft no1 and bevel gear shaft no25R610motr247A
