REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

It is recommended to always disconnect the battery when replacing any electric or electronic partsAlways disconnect battery exactly in the specified order, BLACK (-) cable firstDo not place tools on batteryAt installation, use torque values and Loctite products from the exploded viewClean threads before using Loctite products when reinstalling screws
NOTE: On the following illustrations, the headlamp has been removed for better comprehensionRemove the protective rubber sleeve

Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
