Section 10 BODYFRAME Subsection 02 (BODY)
GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
Removal
Remove: flag (if so equipped) screws no3 flat bracket no4 flag holder no2
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedPlastic Rivet Plastic rivets no1 are used in the riveting of the various body partsPlastic rivets can be removed carefully with pliers (PN 295 000 070)NOTE: Reuse the plastic rivets
