Section 09 BRAKES Subsection 02 (HYDRAULIC BRAKES)
Removal
NOTE: Before removing any hoses, drain brake systemRemove all necessary parts to reach the hosesThoroughly clean the area around the joints that will be disconnectedPlace drain pan under the joint that will be disconnectedDisconnect any retaining clips or brackets holding the hose and remove the defective part(s)

1Return spring 2Push rod hook 3Brake pedal

Remove bolt no39 retaining the brake pedal no10 to frame
Install the new hoseMake sure the piece will not rub against any other partWhen there is banjo bolt securing the hose to the caliper or to the front master cylinder, always replace the sealing washers with new ones2

Inspection
Check brake pedal for cracks or distortion
