Move apart circlip and pull out the shaft from bearingDo not remove circlip

Installation
The LH and RH wear rings are not installed at the same distanceTo install the wear rings properly, use the wear ring installer (PN 529 035 915)Use the proper side of installer depending which drive shaft is used

Remove boot from drive shaft
Inspection
Check bearing in plunging joint or CV jointIf bearing is hard to move, change plunging joint or CV jointCheck circlip for damage, change as necessary
