Check disconnect unit housing and actuator for cracks or other damagesReplace defective part(s) if necessaryCheck if the O-rings no40 and no41 are brittle, hard or damagedCheck splines of coupling sleeve no35 for wear or other damages
Check sliding sleeve dog for bend and measure itSLIDING SLEEVE DOG THICKNESS SERVICE LIMIT 4.80 mm (.189 in)
Measure the sliding sleeve grooveSLIDING SLEEVE GROOVE WIDTH SERVICE LIMIT 3.60 mm (.142 in)
