FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT
Removal
Remove: RH footwell RH inner fender RH drive shaft no7 both external Oetiker clamps no10 (discard them)
DISCONNECT UNIT
Remove RH inner fenderUnplug disconnect unit connectorUsing an voltmeter, check if the selector works properlyTurn ignition key ONSelect 2WD position, install the RED probe to the WHITE wire connector and the BLACK probe to the WHITEBLACK wire connectorThe obtained value should be 12 VdcSelect 4WD position, install the RED probe to the WHITEBLUE wire connector and the BLACK probe to the WHITE wire connectorThe obtained value should be 12 VdcIf the selector is out of specifications, check wires, connectors and replace the selector if necessaryIf the selector is good, replace the actuator no27
