It is recommended to always disconnect the battery when replacing any electric or electronic partsAlways disconnect battery exactly in the specified order, BLACK (-) cable firstDo not place tools on batteryDuring assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure

CAUTION: Never touch glass portion of an halogen bulb with bare fingers, it shortens its operating lifeIf glass is touched, clean it with isopropyl alcohol which will not leave film on the bulbUnplug connector from headlamp
