Pull up cylinder head no29Remove: chain guide no30 gasket no31 (discard)
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsEnsure dowel pins are in placeInstall new gasket no31First, torque cylinder head screws no27 in crisscross sequence to 20 Nm (15 lbfft) then finish tightening by applying the recommended torque indicated in the exploded viewTorque cylinder head screws no28 with the recommended values in the exploded view

Inspection
Check for cracks between valve seats, if so, replace cylinder headCheck mating surface between cylinder and cylinder head for contaminationIf so, clean both surfacesClean oil support through the cylinder head from contaminationR400motr71A
