Removal WARNING
Chain tensioner is spring loaded
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedureHowever, pay attention to the followingScrew the plunger until it touches the chain guideInstall spring end in plunger groove and the other in the plug grooveScrew plugCAUTION: Do not forget to place the O-ring no22 on chain tensioner plug
WARNING
Never perform this operation immediately after the engine has been run because the exhaust system can be very hotWait until exhaust system is warm or coldRemove: chain tensioner plug no17 O-ring no22 spring no18 chain tensioner plunger no21
