GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
COOLING SYSTEM LEAK TEST
WARNING
To avoid potential burns, do not remove the radiator cap or loosen the engine drain plug if the engine is hotOpen the access panel and remove the radiator cap no11Install special plug (radiator cap) (PN 529 021 400) and hose pincher (PN 295 000 076) on overflow hose no12Pressurize all system through coolant reservoir to 103 kPa (15 PSI)
