Align its hole with swing arm hole then insert screw to retain the seal in place
Install the circlip into the groove of the eccentric axle housingNOTE: Make sure it is fully seatedInstall all other partsCAUTION: It is important to follow the preload procedure to avoid seal and bearing damageRefer to BRAKE DISC HUB for the procedure

Inspection
The eccentric axle bearings should turn smoothly and quietlyIf not, change the bearingsIf bearings are seized on the axle, the axle must be replaced or its surface cleanedBearings must still have slide fit on the axle, otherwise it will result in faulty re-assembly and failure may occurBearing races on the axle must be in good condition
