Section 06 DRIVE TRAIN Subsection 02 (FRONT DRIVE)
Installation
Drive in new bearing squarely until it is fully seatedInstall inside bushing and drive the outer new bearing squarely until it is fully seatedInstall new seal
Use ball joint remover and detach upper and lower A-arm from knuckleCAUTION: Never hit the knuckle with hammer
Inspection
Check knuckle for damage, cracks or pittingReplace as necessary

Removal
Remove: wheel hub tie-rod from knuckle (refer to STEERING AND CONTROLS SYSTEM) cotter pins from the upper and lower A-arm ball joints (discard cotter pins) castellated nuts hardened washerInstallation
