Section 05 ELECTRICAL Subsection 02 (OVERVIEW)
Before replacing any electric or electronic part(s), always check electrical connectionsMake sure that they are very tight and they make good contact and that they are corrosion-freeThe voltage and current might be too weak to go through dirty wire pinsCheck carefully if posts show signs of moisture, corrosion or if they look dullClean pins properly and then coat them with silicon-based dielectric grease or other appropriate lubricant (except if otherwise specified) when reassembling themSee connectors information belowIMPORTANT: In usual electric circuit, the battery supplies switch which then supplies the electric consumerTherefore the switch opens and closes the positive side of the circuitTake this into account when troubleshooting the electrical systemPay attention to grounding wires
