Front Brake Disc Inspection
Front brake discs no15 can be inspected without removing from the vehicleRaise vehicle and support it securelyRemove wheels
NOTE: Wheel hub has to be removed from vehicle to replace brake disc no.15Remove cotter pin and unscrew nutRear Brake Disc Inspection
NOTE: Rear brake disc no29 can be inspected without removing from vehicleRemove RH side footwellRefer to BODY for removal procedureVisually inspect disc surfaces for scratches or groovesMake sure to check both sides of discMeasure thickness of the discMinimum thickness is 3.5 mm (.13 in)A 4

Cotter pin Nut Knuckle wheel hub
Using hub puller (PN 529 035 612), pull out wheel hub with discRemove screws no16 retaining brake disc no15 to wheel hub
