Installation
For assembly, reverse the disassembly and removal procedures
Installation
Position front A-arm then install bolts and nutsDo not torque yetInstall bolt and nut retaining shock absorber to front A-armAttach front A-arm to knuckle no6Install axle screwNOTE: Do not forget the O-rings between bushings (near knuckle) and A-armTorque all bolts and nutsInstall new cotter pinBoth ends of cotter pin must be foldedLubricate front A-arm with synthetic grease (PN 293 550 010)
LHRH A-ARM
Inspection
Check LH and RH A-arm for distortion or damageReplace as requiredMove A-arm from side to sideThere should be no noticeable side playReplace bushings if necessaryMove A-arm up and downThere should be any noticeable playReplace bushings if necessary
