Remove cotter pin no24 elastic stop nut no25, washer no26, and tie-rod assembly no27
Toe Adjustment
Place vehicle on level surfaceCheck that handlebar is straightCheck pressure in each tiresAlways follow recommended pressurePlace rope around the vehicle and using an elastic, link both ends togetherInstall spacers on front and rear rimsThese spacers will prevent the rope from touching tire

Inspection
Inspect ball joint ends for wear or looseness, if excessive, replace
Installation
For the installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsAt the time of the reinstallation or the new tie-rod(s) installation, screw threaded end of tie-rod into ball jointThe maximum length for tie-rod groove to ball joint end must be the value in the following chart:
