HANDLEBAR
Removal
Remove: steering cover (refer to BODY) handlebar grips no1 by removing grip ends and cutting handlebar grip RH handle brake no2 (see below in this section) LH handle brake no3 (see below in this section) throttle handle no4 and multi-function switch no5 (see below in this section) hexagonal screws no6, reinforcements no7, steering supports no8 and elastic flange nuts no9 handlebar no10
tie-rods on the steering column side (see further in this section) hexagonal flange screws no11, half bushing no12, bushings no13, stopper plate no14 and elastic flange nuts no15 cotter pin no19, hexagonal stop nut no18, flat washer no17V06I08A

Remove cotter pin no24 elastic stop nut no25, washer no26, to bottom end of steering column no20Pull steering column in downward motion
