Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsApply engine oil on rocker arm shaftInstall the rocker arm shafts with the chamfered edge first and use following procedure: CAUTION: Pay attention not to forget thrust washer and spring washer Hold rocker arm intakeexhaust together with thrust washer no16 in place Insert rocker arm shaft no11 until middle of rocker arm bore
Disconnect: spark plug cable temperature sensor connectorRemove: RH footwell exhaust pipe (refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION) engine outlet hose carburetor (refer to CARBURETOR) chain tensioner (see CHAIN TENSIONER above) valve cover and profile sealing ring (see VALVE COVER above) breather camshaft timing gear cylinder head screws no24 cylinder head nuts no23 retaining cylinder head and cylinder to cylinder base2 2
