M ount shock in it and turn shock so that spring coils no19 match spring compressorClose and lock barAdjust handle horizontal by changing position of clevis pinPush down on handle until it locksRemove spring stopper and cap then release handle4 5
CAUTION: Do not cla directly on shock bodyExamine each shock for leaksExtend and compre ss th piston eral tim ov er its ntire strokeCheck that it moves smoothly and ith uniform resistance ith its rod up ardPay attention to the follo ing conditions that ill denote defective shock: skip or hang back hen reversing stroke at mid travel Seizing or binding condition except at extre end of either stroke il leakage gurgling noise, after completing one full compression and extension strokeRene if any faults are present
