One-Way Clutch Check bearings no21 for excessive play and smooth operationReplace one-way clutch if necessaryCAUTION: Be careful not to damage the inside of one-way clutch no15 during bearing removalNOTE: Spring washer no20 is located on sliding half pulley side of one-way clutchConcave side towards thrust surface of one-way clutch
Installation of Drive Pulley
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following details
WARNING
Do not apply anti-seize or any lubricant on crankshaft and drive pulley tapers
WARNING
Never use any type of impact wrench at drive pulley removal and installationClean mounting surfaces as described in CLEANING aboveInstall drive pulley on crankshaft extensionInstall spring washer no6 with its concave side towards drive pulley then install drive pulley screw no5
