NOTE: For better understanding, the following illustrations are taken with engine out of vehicleTo perform the following instructions, it is not necessary to remove engineThis CVT is lubrication freeNever lubricate any components except drive pulley one-way clutchFor installation, use torque values and Loctite products from the exploded viewClean threads before using Loctite products when installing screws
Unscrew clamps retaining CVT cover hosesRemove: screws no1 with mounted rubber bushings CVT cover no2 and gasket no3
WARNING
Never touch CVT while engine is runningNever drive vehicle when CVT cover is removed
