Section 03 ENGINE Subsection 11 (GEARBOX)
GENERAL
To remove gearbox, the engine removal is necessaryFor installation, use the torque values and Loctite products indicated in the exploded viewsClean threads before using Loctite when reinstalling screws
Installation
The installation is the reverse of removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsUse suitable ring to push oil seals in placeCAUTION: Oil seal must be installed with sealing lip toward engineMeasure output shaft axial clearance prior to remove output shaft no1This measure will indicate if bevel gear adjustment is necessary2 1

WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (ex locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewedTo remove oil seals no34, no49, no60 and no61, the engine removaldisassembly is NOT necessary (see OIL SEALS below)
