Inspection
Always replace valve stem seals whenever cylinder head is removedClean the valve guide bore before reinstalling the valve guide into cylinder head

Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsUse valve guide installer (PN 529 035 853) to install valve guide no40Valve guide to be grinded in diameter by using reamerVALVE GUIDE DIAMETER NEW MINIMUM EXHAUST INTAKE 5.006 mm (.1971 in) NEW MAXIMUM EXHAUST INTAKE 5.018 mm (.1976 in)
